Teach proper hand washing with the Germ Writer Marker

Believe it or not, with all we know about germs today many people, including some in the health care, hospitality, and food preparation industry are still untrained when it comes to proper hand washing if they even practice hand washing at all. Most people who do wash their hands only "splash and go" meaning they very quickly run some water over their hands and then dry them using a towel.
Now there is an amazing new product called the "Germ Writer" which has a specially formulated fluid inside that will glow under a black light. An instructor simply can take the marker and write on the hand of a student and then have them wash up and then shine a black light on their hand to see if they washed properly and whether or not the germs are completely gone.
Once the student sees that the germs are still present it will leave a visual impact that they will remember each time they wash their hands. This marker can also be used by hotel managers to mark surfaces like toilets and sinks to see if the housekeeping staff is really cleaning the guests rooms properly.

The Purge

So I went and saw the movie "The Purge". Going in I knew it was a silly concept for a movie but I thought it might be interesting to see the country actually carrying out a night of lawlessness. But then it struck me in the opening of the film that the United States is already experiencing much of this on any random given night.
In any event I really hoped they could somehow sell me on their concept.
Sadly the filmmakers decided to focus solely on a single family trapped in their house because their son let a man in who was on the run from people having "purge parties", a ridiculous concept within a concept.
So after this family lets the man in their house the purge party shows up at their door and tells the family if they don't give the man up they will get past their security system and kill them all. And with that a moral dilemma ensues where the family argues whether they are doing the right thing. It actually sounds better than it plays out, believe me. The movie is predictable, has lame dialogue, and poor directing as it chooses to keep showing various members of the family so close up you can see the pores of their skin.

Black Light Reaction: Thumbs down.

Black Light Keychain

This is an amazing Black Light Keychain. Amazing because of how bright it is and the nanometers it emits able to detect many pet stains, invisible and security inks and a lot of other things that fluoresce under a black light.
And for $4.95 it's an economical light too!
To activate it you simply push the button or flip the switch to have it stay on without pushing the button.
It takes two CR2016 wafer style batteries which are already installed.

You can see in the picture below how it makes an invisible ink message glow.
